Bare pureness

Lurking Inspiration

Passionate Innocent capture

I love the human body, and it’s most natural formation in such diversity. Upon photographing sculptures at the V&A Museum in London over the weekend, I felt the drive to throw myself in the peacefulness of such model and this is the result. An enthusiast starting out eager (for the first time-drawing nude) to scratch the finer depths of the sculpture, and bring out the life in all honesty to show it’s pureness.

Nakedness, the innocence in all of us.

Dear rainfield,
Yes, that’s right, but that innocence remains with us all the way through life. It is part of our pureness as energetic beings.

Good sketching. I’ve always admired someone who can draw. I on the other hand have trouble drawing stickmen with a ruler.

Dear Steve Davis,
Thanks for dropping by.
It is a pleasure to have you here, and thank you for the comment.
Everyone can draw, despite the fear or resistance. It’s just a matter of allowing yourself to see that, by being open to that experience. You can welcome your inner guidance to draw naturally, without the restriction in your mind.

I really like nudity in Art. As mentioned Rainfield, we were born naked… I feel like the model is moving when I see the strokes.

Great capture of your minds perception of the sculpture. A little humor though, when you wrote “scratch the finer depths” I had to chuckle a little. Seems like an interesting pun… especially with his backside showing.
Keep up the great work. My artsy stuff is under the “words of a madman” tab if you care to view it.
