 Ingredients
Serves 10
225g(80z) Soft unsalted butter
225g(80z) Light Muscovado Sugar
285g(10oz) Self – Raising Flour
2 tsps Baking Powder
4 Eggs
2 tbsps Milk
2 tbsps Espresso-Strength Coffee or any other Rich Coffee
55g(2oz) Chopped Walnuts
